Processing Time
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days after your order is placed.
During busy periods, new product launches or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping within Australia
We currently offer shipping within Australia.
FREE Delivery within Ballarat Victoria
- Standard Shipping: $10
- Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch
- Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after dispatch.
Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the parcel is returned to us, additional postage charges may apply to resend the order.
