At ClothiQ, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Change of Mind

We accept change-of-mind returns for eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return:

• The item must be unworn and unwashed.
• The item must be in its original condition.
• The original tags, where applicable, must still be attached.
• The item must be returned in suitable packaging.

Return postage for change-of-mind returns is the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will confirm whether it is eligible for a refund or exchange.
